The Afghanistan Justice Project is staffed primarily by Afghan volunteers and legal experts. Some members of the advisory committee assist in research, writing, and advocacy. The staff is diverse and includes men and women from all of the countries major ethnic groups, working in different regions of the country.
The advisory committee includes international and Afghan human rights experts, academics and journalists with long experience in Afghanistan.
AJP has received support from the Open Media Fund for Afghanistan (OMFA) for archival research. However, our research is carried out independently, and OMFA is in no way responsible for the content of AJP’s publications or activities.
